Body Panels:

The blasting equipment transport vehicle of Xinfei, which uses the "Sandwich Panel" pressing process, defies industry expectations. The external cover of front, door and side walls adopt special roll-coating process high grade galvanized sheet, the external cover of ceiling panel is made up of a single piece of FRP sheet, the internal skin of body panels are made of anti-static aluminum plate, the inner layer is of high-density and flame retardant isolation foam.

Body Constructure:

The framework is welded with special anti-rust profiles, the rear door frame is constructed of stainless steel, the internal anti-static aluminum-alloy plate skin of panels on the sides and front are welded jointly and strengthened by cargo tracks. What’s more, the panel inner layer is made of high density and flame-retardant isolation material bonded with metal frames, making it stronger and safer than other similar products in the market.

DG Special-purpose Chassis:

Adopting specialized hazardous goods chassis, which is suitable for the modification needs of hazardous materials vehicles. The engine is with its exhaust device front-mounted, and install exhaust spark arrester to prevent heat source adverse effects of explosives. The Chassis equipped with two drag static conductive tape.

Luxury Appearance & Long Lifespan:

With no welding seals on body, the appearance of the vehicles is smooth and beautiful. Stainless steel rear door frame, high-end aluminum alloy profiles, EPDM rubber strips for the doors, high-end galvanized or stainless-steel door bars and locks, which prolong the lifespan of the vehicles.

Body Colors:

Use special roll-coating process high grade galvanized sheet as the body external cover, yellow and grey colors are available. No painting, the vehicles are more eco-friendly and efficient.

Hazard warning lights, retro-reflective markings, clearance lights, and hazardous goods diamond signs are installed to warn other vehicles.

Xinfei explosive cargo truck features long service life. The external cover panel is made of a special roll-coating process sheet, and the external header panel is made up of a single piece of FRP sheet. Free from painting, so it is resistant to aging.
When it comes to internal construction, the skin is made of anti-static aluminum plate and the framework is welded with special anti-rust profiles. The rear door frame is constructed of stainless steel, and the sealing strip is made of EPDM rubber. The vehicle also has a specific rainproof ventilation device for good rainproof performance.  Furthermore, the vehicle's bottom plate is covered with a static conductive rubber layer. The vehicle is well-built, with galvanized and stainless steel hardware of the highest quality. Edging corners are also made of high-grade aluminum alloy and stainless steel, which fulfill the requirements for energy efficiency, aesthetics, dependability, and durability, as well as explosion-proof, rainproof, anti-theft, and other related features.

1. The blasting equipment transport vehicle only adopts specially made DG chassis equipped with front-mount exhaust pipe, disc-brake front wheels and radial tires; which steering wheel is equipped with tire blowout emergency protection device, and rear axle adopts air suspension. 
2. The vehicle body is closed at the top and cannot be opened. One or two single door(s) or a double doors, as options, can be added on both sides of the box. The side doors and rear doors can choose single door bars or double door bars. 
3. The made-of-Q235-material side and rear protections are fitted to the vehicle by bolts, the rear protection section size is 120x60mm, which distance to the ground is 480mm
4. The vehicle is equipped with a speed limiting device with a speed limit of 80km/h.
